Using the directory

Startup Maps helps people discover startups and their locations. Keep your account secure and submit information you have permission to share.

Submissions

Provide accurate details and respect intellectual property and privacy. Do not submit sexually explicit or adult content, unlawful content, spam, or impersonation. Startup listings appear publicly when saved without prior administrator approval. Administrators may remove listings from public maps and the directory or restrict accounts after reports or unusual activity. Uploaded images are public by direct URL as soon as they are stored, including images on removed listings and unpublished drafts. Removing a listing does not make its existing image URLs private. Profile text may appear publicly when saved. Use the Contact page to appeal a restriction.

Financial figures

Financial figures are supplied by founders unless explicitly marked otherwise. Publishing or restoring a listing does not verify its financial figures; payment-provider verification is a separate feature. Listings are not investment advice or a guarantee of business performance.

Availability

The service and its features may change. Third-party websites, map services and media providers operate independently of Startup Maps.
